Dunno why but this made me happy to watch, maybe it's the amount of imaturity in it <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/r/r…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Razz)"/> Lets start with the bads I can see. The ears seems a little un-consistant to eachother, like, his left ear (our right) seems to be out on his forhead rather than the side. The saliva itself could been a little better as well, maybe small waterwaves and a clearer trace left behind. I'm not saying though that the current is bad, it works well on it's own.
The background and moon (even if it's probably just a photo you pasted in, that's what I thinks anyways) works well with the settings. The cammeraeffects, together with the timestamp, not only looks good but also helps the viewer understand what he's licking <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/x/x…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title="XD"/> And of course, the overall shine effects that's often persent in your work suits well. Maybe even suits a little better here with the fullmoon shining down on him. That must give some reflection.
Overall, it's a good work and it deserves all the attention in my opinion <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/n/n…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title="Nod"/>
